Executive Assistant to the President
Location: Dallas, TX | 100% On-Site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approx. 8:30AM–5:30PM with light after-hours support

We’re partnering with a small, fast-paced, and highly relational organization in Dallas on the confidential search for an Executive Assistant to support their President.
This is a unique opportunity for a career-minded EA who thrives in a high-energy environment and enjoys working directly with a dynamic leader. The President is sharp, fast-moving, and people-focused—and he needs someone who can keep up, stay five steps ahead, and help him stay on track.
The right candidate will be proactive, polished, and diplomatic—someone who knows how to manage up with confidence and provide both administrative and strategic support behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow within the EA role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a highly active and ever-changing calendar
- Monitor, organize, and draft correspondence on behalf of the President
- Coordinate domestic travel and build detailed itineraries
- Ensure the President is prepped and ready for all meetings—materials, context, and timing
- Serve as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders
- Provide light tech support and troubleshoot common tools (Zoom, Outlook, etc.)
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Support ongoing administrative needs and special projects
What We’re Looking For
- 3–10 years of experience supporting a senior executive
- Previous experience in a smaller company or entrepreneurial setting preferred
- A long-term EA—someone who wants to grow in the role, not out of it
- Confident, professional, and polished—this person will interact with clients
- High energy, highly organized, and solution-oriented
- Strong communicator with excellent writing skills
- Diplomatic and comfortable managing up
- Tech-savvy and resourceful
