Project Manager/Account Manager Part Time Job Details
At Mobikasa, client relationships are our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for the project directly handled and be available to support other clients as needed.
- Manage projects, co-ordinate and get it developed by the off-shore team.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
- Act as a pre-sales manager for new opportunities. Meet up with clients in person as needed.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
Required skills and qualifications
- Should have more than 5 years experience leading ecommerce websites / web / mobile applications as a project manager or account manager
- Having experience as a business development manager or a technical background is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
