We’re looking for a passionate Head of People to build and lead the future of our team at Brellium.

As the Head of People, you will be responsible for designing and scaling the programs, processes, and culture that enable our team to thrive. What you’ll do at Brellium:
- Build a world-class People function across talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning & development, and total rewards.
- Design and implement strategies to attract, retain, and grow top talent aligned with our mission and values.
- Champion our culture and values, ensuring they are lived authentically as we scale.
- Partner closely with leadership and managers to ensure our people processes are thoughtful, data-driven, and effective.
- Lead key programs across onboarding, performance management, feedback, and leadership development.
- Create and maintain scalable People operations and systems to support a hybrid workforce.
- Be a thought partner to the executive team on organizational design, compensation strategy, and scaling best practices.

- People leader: You’ve built and scaled People functions at high-growth B2B SaaS or healthcare companies, ideally from Series A to C+.
