Western Veterinary Partners is searching for a remote veterinary Support Staff Recruiter to help us attract, hire, and engage with the best people in the veterinary industry. This individual will partner with our Hospital Managers, Operations and Human Resources teams to manage and expand day-to-day support staff recruiting activities. Support Staff Recruiters facilitate all hiring across hospital support teams within their region, with a higher level of focus on sourcing and interviewing technical candidates including Credentialed Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants. Candidates should reside in the Eastern United States.

Key Responsibilities
Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The compensation range for this opportunity is $70,000 – $80,000. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location. You will be provided more detailed information about compensation and benefits for your specific location. Where required under applicable law, WVP provides eligible employees with paid sick leave, health emergency leave, and similar benefits programs, all in accordance with the requirements of state and local law depending on the location of the practice you support.
