Vice President Operations Part Time Remote Job Details

We’re hiring a results-driven VP of Operations to lead and scale our Texas business across storefront and direct-to-consumer online channels. Reporting to the COO, this leader will own the Texas P&L, drive top-line growth and profitability, optimize operations, and build a high-performing, bilingual (English/Spanish) team. This is a hands‑on role suited to a strategic operator who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the Texas P&L, budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
- Build and execute strategic plans to grow revenue, market share and profitability in Texas.
- Lead the direct‑to‑consumer online product line: improve user experience, conversion and digital acquisition performance using data and attribution models.
- Design and optimize digital customer acquisition strategies to lower CAC and increase LTV.
- Oversee day‑to‑day state operations and the online platform to ensure efficiency, compliance and exceptional customer service.
- Recruit, coach and retain top talent; set clear goals, performance standards and development plans.
- Collaborate across functions (marketing, product, finance, operations, shared services) to drive execution and alignment.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze market and competitive trends, and implement initiatives to improve ROI and operational productivity.
- Foster a customer‑centric culture and champion continuous improvement and innovation.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive, hands‑on leadership in a high‑growth, fast‑paced organization — with P&L responsibility.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) — written and verbal fluency preferred.
- Strong experience in digital acquisition, conversion optimization and using attribution to allocate marketing spend.
- Proven operational leadership in multi‑location or regional environments.
- Excellent executive presence, communication, stakeholder management and cross‑functional influence skills.
- Track record of recruiting, developing and scaling teams.
- Strategic thinker with practical bias for execution, adaptability, and servant leadership style.
Preferred
- Experience in non‑prime consumer financial services, retail, or product management serving Hispanic immigrant customers.
- Familiarity with attribution modeling, analytics tools and e‑commerce platforms.
