The Role
The HR Specialist will support the daily operations of the People Team, ensuring smooth processes, accurate data, and exceptional service for our employees. This role focuses on recruiting support, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, and providing a first-class employee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support end-to-end recruiting logistics, including job postings, scheduling, and candidate communication
- Own new hire onboarding in Paycor, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience
- Provide payroll and timecard support, resolving employee questions and ensuring accuracy
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data with confidentiality and precision
- Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and employee questions
- Help roll out HR initiatives such as training, policy updates, and engagement programs
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, escalating as appropriate
What You Bring
- 2+ years of HR or People Operations experience (recruiting, onboarding, or payroll preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with HR systems (Paycor or similar a plus)
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset and eagerness to grow your HR career
