About The Role

Qualifications

- Operate standard office equipment, excluding computers, as required
- Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents using appropriate software tools
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, stamping, and distributing
- Create and maintain organized filing systems for paper and electronic records
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and transactions
- Support team members in daily operational tasks and contribute to a positive work environment
- Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality
- Greet and acknowledge guests, addressing their needs with courtesy and professionalism
- Assist guests with disabilities and ensure their comfort and safety
- Answer telephones with proper etiquette and handle guest requests efficiently
- Support the team in achieving operational goals and maintaining high service standards
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
