Position Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and passionate individual to join our team as a Music Booking & Administrative Assistant. In this role, you’ll support our booking operations, work closely with our music coordinators, and help ensure each show runs seamlessly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book musicians for events and performances
- Create and maintain calendars for upcoming shows
- Develop and organize setlists
- Prepare music charts for performers
- Communicate with musicians before, during, and after bookings
- Check in musicians prior to shows and confirm readiness
- Research and recruit new talent
- Handle confidential paperwork and private documents
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support productions
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in or graduate of a Bachelor’s degree program in Music, Business, or related field
- Passion for live entertainment, booking, and event organization
- Basic understanding of music theory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, iCloud, and Google Suite
- Reliable transportation
- Must be available at least 3 days per week, including weekends
