Executive Assistant – Role Description
CRA Admired Leadership is a boutique management consulting firm that helps clients design culture, improve leadership, and communicate with impact. Our Executive Assistants are a collaborative group of team players who work smartly behind the scenes to ensure that projects, events, and client engagements happen seamlessly. They do the impossible every day and make it look easy!
While the position is remote, we are specifically looking for a candidate based in the Chicago area. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents & presentations and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives including tight travel coordination
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for executives
- Draft, proof, manage approvals, and submit invoices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
