Summary of Role:
The Invoice & Back Office Support Specialist will be managing all aspects of invoicing and supporting back end items for tax preparation. This role is expected to support the Tax Department with invoicing, tax document organization and electronic filing, back office support where needed, and will be the point of contact for clients on designated items. All roles at OTB Tax play a pivotal role in both client experience and company growth. Upon successful completion of training and probationary period (60 days), the Tax Support Specialist will graduate from trainee status and will receive an additional $1, for an hourly rate of $19.

Experience: 1+ years in a data management role, invoicing, finance support, or a customer service related role. Experience in Google Workspace is preferred. Must have strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; professional demeanor. Be able to show proficiency in competencies listed below:
Work Environment:
This role is 100% in the office in Greer South Carolina. Standard work hours are optional: either Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, or the option to work 10 hour days for 4 days a week. This is a rotating schedule each month so you always have an opportunity to have Monday or Friday off based on the month. Availability during tax season (January–April) is critical and non negotiable and has overtime possibilities as needed. Vacation and scheduled days off will be approved outside of this timeframe and based on tax deadlines.
