About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team during a period of significant growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, utilizing Rippling’s ATS to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to hire. Your primary focus will be on executing operational tasks, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate flow efficiently. You will work closely with hiring managers across various departments to post roles, screen applicants, and facilitate the interview process. Additionally, you will collaborate with our finance team to secure offer approvals and finalize compensation packages. Over time, your role will expand to include supporting onboarding and off-boarding processes, as well as other employee lifecycle initiatives, providing a pathway for growth into broader People Operations responsibilities. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR or recruiting career to develop skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of direct experience with Rippling ATS
- 1–3 years of recruiting coordination or HR support experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused mindset
- Interest in expanding into broader HR or People Operations roles
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes within Rippling ATS, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and gather feedback
- Partner with hiring managers to post roles, screen applicants, and advance candidates through the pipeline
- Collaborate with finance team on offer approvals and compensation negotiations
- Work with third-party recruiting support teams to streamline candidate flow
- Support onboarding and off-boarding workflows, owning key processes over time
- Assist with various HR and People Operations projects as needed
