Join a growing team as a Technology Support Specialist, providing remote support for software, hardware, and IoT solutions. You’ll troubleshoot issues, guide customers through installations, and act as the bridge between end users and internal teams. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and will be 100% remote, with some travel to client sites (10%).
What You’ll Do:
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support (calls, chats, emails).

What You Bring:
- 2–4+ years of technical or SaaS/product support experience.
