We are a plaintiffs’ litigation firm whose sole focus is pursuing compensation for injured people and their families.
Our law firm is seeking a skilled and successful personal injury attorney to join our growing team and help clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. Our ideal candidate will be someone who is familiar with the process of requesting records/ bills from medical providers; this is mostly done utilizing 3rd party software. The position is 100% Remote.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with the process of requesting records/bills from medical providers; this is mostly done utilizing 3rd party software.
Responsibilities
- Legal Research and Writing Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.
- Case Preparation Assist in preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials, including organizing exhibits, drafting witness questions, and summarizing deposition transcripts.
- Client Interaction Participate in client interviews and maintain regular communication to provide updates and gather pertinent information.
- Document Management Review, analyze, and organize medical records, discovery responses, and other case-related documents.
- Courtroom Assistance Attend court proceedings to support attorneys and gain practical courtroom experience.
Position Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Candidates will be required to communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Legal research, writing, and editing skills.
- Candidates must be self-motivated, task-oriented, and capable of managing a docket with multiple cases.
- Strong experience utilizing 3rd party software.
- Demonstrated interest in personal injury law is preferred.
