We are developing a global AI-powered networking platform that facilitates direct business connections across multiple languages and markets. Our platform aims to provide professionals with enhanced networking capabilities without algorithmic restrictions.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced executive leader to join our founding team in an equity-based partnership role. This position is currently unpaid but offers substantial equity participation and significant influence on company strategy and advancement.
Important Note: This is an equity-only position with no immediate salary. Compensation will be provided through equity participation (2% equity vesting over 24 months after company milestones).
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and drive the overall company vision and strategic roadmap
- Lead the execution of company goals and growth strategies
- Manage investor relations, fundraising activities, and pitch presentations
- Build and oversee the core leadership team and company operations
- Develop strategic partnerships with global enterprise and B2B clients
- Ensure compliance, governance, and operational excellence as company scales
- Represent FONTESIN at industry events and in media/press opportunities
- Foster a culture of innovation and cross-cultural collaboration
- Oversee the financial planning, performance, and sustainability of the company
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Demonstrated executive leadership in startup, scale-up, or high-growth environments
- Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English required; additional languages highly valued
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and communicate a compelling company vision globally
- Fundraising Acumen: Experience with venture capital, seed funding, and investor negotiations
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfort working in early-stage, high-uncertainty entrepreneurial settings
- Operational Leadership: Proven track record of building and scaling teams
Preferred Qualifications
- International or multi-market executive experience
- Background in B2B technology, SaaS, or platform business models
- Track record of successful fundraising and equity-based growth
- Experience leading remote and diverse global teams
