TEKsystems is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support a high-impact healthcare initiative. This role serves as the primary point of contact for patients and providers, offering operational and reimbursement support for complex medical programs. You will play a key role in removing barriers to therapy access, ensuring patients receive timely and appropriate care.
This is a remote, high-volume, inbound call center role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for patients and providers, resolving access and reimbursement issues.
- Handle high volumes of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Perform accurate data entry into program tracking systems.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
- Participate actively in training sessions and maintain engagement via camera.
- Work independently while adhering to remote work protocols and security standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of healthcare customer service experience
- 2+ years of call center experience
- Proven success in a remote work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High proficiency with technology and software tools
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be available to work on an EST schedule
- Must successfully complete a data entry and call center assessment
Preferred Experience
- Experience with major medical programs
- Familiarity with buy and bill processes

Training Details

- Post-Training Shifts: Will be assigned before training ends; hours of operation are 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM EST
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $21.00/hr.
