Job Title: Payroll Analyst
Location: Remote – PST
Duration: 12-month assignment with possible extensions
Shift/Hours: 40hr/week, PST support
Join our team and ensure accurate and compliant payroll processes from end to end!
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Analyst. This role requires 2+ years of payroll experience and will be a key part of our team, providing essential support and expertise for all payroll-related activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage on and off-cycle payroll processing, including separations and bonus runs.
- Identify gaps and propose enhancements to existing payroll processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring clear communication of payroll information.
- Escalate concerns and apply best practices to payroll operations.
- Manage and balance multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
Required:
- 2+ years of professional payroll experience.
- Strong experience with full-cycle payroll processing, including time entry, separations, banking, and multi-state payroll.
- Experience with SuccessFactors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills a must.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Federal, State, Local, and/or Provincial labor, payroll, garnishment, and tax law.
- Relevant payroll certifications.
- Experience with Smartsheet.
