About the Role:
The Financial Analyst drives revenue and profitability insights, oversees budgeting and forecasting, and delivers accurate, timely business performance analysis across the enterprise. This role focuses on revenue, CPOR, labor expense management, operational performance, and employee retention, providing actionable intelligence to enhance brand, company, and owner profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Director of Finance to develop financial plans, forecasts, and strategies.
- Analyze revenue streams, expenses, and labor costs; identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or efficiency gains.
- Build and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards for recurring and ad-hoc needs.
- Deliver predictive, actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs, develop performance measurement tools, and track progress against goals.
- Assess competitive and market trends, presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Other duties as requested by the Director of Finance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA a plus)
- 2–4 years’ experience in financial analysis (hospitality industry preferred)
- Advanced Excel and Financial modeling expertise
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Solver, Acumatica)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
