As a Chat Support Agent at CWA Group, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through our live chat platform, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will also be responsible for resolving any issues that arise and providing technical support when needed. Our ideal candidate is someone who is a great communicator, possesses excellent customer service skills, and has a knack for problem-solving.
Pay: $29.34 – $32.54 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers through live chat.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have.
- Provide technical support for our products and services, including troubleshooting and guiding customers through set-up processes.
- Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the appropriate departments within the company.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
- Work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or support; experience in a chat support role is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software.
- Must be comfortable working in a remote environment and have a reliable internet connection.
