Job Summary:
This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful coordination and completion of projects and programs within the organization. The individual will oversee all aspects of project management, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress to ensure that objectives are met efficiently. This position requires a proactive approach to preparing reports for upper management, providing insights into the status of various projects and programs. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience and judgment to navigate complex challenges while leading a team towards achieving strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and complete projects/programs from inception to conclusion.
– Oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
– Set deadlines and assign responsibilities to team members effectively.
– Monitor and summarize progress on projects/programs, identifying any potential issues.
– Prepare detailed reports for upper management regarding project/program status.
– Lead and direct the work of others, fostering a collaborative team environment.
– Utilize creativity and innovative thinking to solve problems and enhance project outcomes.

Pay Range: $55ph – $60ph
