The Job
As an Associate Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager you’ll be part of our NA Brand Marketing team. You will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of innovative and dynamic social media content across our iconic brand portfolio in North America. You’ll also get to:
- Proactively identify opportunities for the brand to engage with brand fans, other brands, trending cultural moments and viral content using social listening tools (Sprinklr) and native platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, Reddit, etc.)
- Develop, in partnership with our Global Creative Studio and Social Team, on-brand, engaging ways to bring the brand into relevant conversations across the digital and social landscape.
- Track and report on the performance/success of outbound engagements to demonstrate and quantify positive impact on business goals.
- Develop, optimize, and share processes, standards, key learnings, and best practices for outbound social community management in partnership with the Social Media and Influencer Team.
- Bring our brand personality to life in ways that are relatable to the toughest tradespeople and pros, to consistently reinforce our brand position, values, and messaging in memorable ways.
The Person

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in marketing or communication.
- 1-2 years of social media experience in a corporate setting
- Experience using Social Media Management tools like Sprinklr, Khoros, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.
- Expertise in social media platforms and online forums including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and others.
- Keen eye for viral, trending, or meaningful content and engagement opportunities – you can quickly identify what content is meaningful, appropriate and useful for the brand to engage with.
- Creativity and passion for social media.
- Experience with social media management and social listening tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Khoros, Sprout, Brandwatch, etc.)
