Job Details of Business Intelligence Analyst
DonorConnect is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Finance department through translating operational data from electronic medical records into financial systems through data pipelines and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who understands healthcare, financial, and/or inventory workflows, is proficient in reporting platforms like NetSuite Analytics, and enjoys turning data into actionable insights that drive organizational improvement.
This position will be hybrid in the Murray, UT office.

Minimum Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience with NetSuite, Power BI, and SQL
- Strong understanding of healthcare and/or financial workflows and reporting standards
- Ability to analyze complex data and present insights clearly
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement
Training/Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data/business analytics, mathematics, finance or similar field required and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
Experience Required
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar position, knowledge of healthcare and/or financial reporting
- Experience with ERP software, Netsuite preferred
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Experience with MS Office 365 applications
Experience Preferred
- Materials/asset management experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong planning and analytical capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain various software applications
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to move up to 10 pounds at a time with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to reason logically and make sound decisions, to consider alternative and diverse perspectives to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
