The Role
We’re looking for a writer, thinker, editor, and builder who is ready to hit the ground running yesterday. Someone who lives for ideas, words, stories, and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Write. All day, every single day. Long-form, short-form, articles, emails, newsletters, social media posts, workbooks, podcasts, video scripts, presentations, coaching materials, interviews, quizzes, and website content.
- Edit. While this is primarily a writing job, you will also do a fair share of editing content created by other members of the team and AI.
- Ideate and build. The demand for what we are doing at Becoming You Labs far exceeds our current ability to meet it; this job is for someone who is thrilled by the prospect of building a plane while flying it.
- Collaborate. This job means working directly with our founder and CEO, Suzy Welch, a writer herself, as well as a small but mighty marketing team. You will also work closely with BYL’s engineers, researchers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Grow. The great thing about working at a startup is that there are no boundaries and silos. Every idea matters, and people with great ones can end up running whole business units as the company grows.
