We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator who is motivated, resourceful, and eager to grow in the staffing industry. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support senior recruiters while learning to manage accounts, engage with candidates, and deliver outstanding service to our clients.
Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 ($21-$25 per hour)
Job Duties:
- Track daily attendance and proactively communicate updates to the recruiting team.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and interview candidates to assess fit.
- Assist with onboarding tasks including new hire paperwork and orientation support.
- Partner with the team on-site for check-ins, orientations, and candidate follow-up.
- Manage applicant tracking, candidate communication, and scheduling with attention to detail.
- Provide clear, respectful, and constructive feedback to employees about performance and attendance when needed.
