Nutritious Lifestyles is seeking a motivated and adaptable Recruiter—RDN credential strongly preferred—to join our Orlando office! This is not your typical 9-to-5 role—you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where creative problem-solving, quick thinking, and energy are key.
If you love connecting with people, enjoy thinking on your feet, and are excited about helping top dietary professionals find the right opportunities, this role is for you. Whether you’re a Registered Dietitian with hands-on recruiting experience or have a background in nutritional sales, your skills are valued here.
Qualifications
- 1+ year Healthcare recruiting experience required
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) strongly preferred
- Licensed Dietitian (LD) also considered
- Sales or marketing experience a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates quickly and effectively
- Create and post compelling job ads to attract top talent
- Manage Applicant Tracking Software efficiently
- Coordinate calls and interviews with urgency and care
- Work closely with the Recruitment team, Scheduling Coordinator, and VPO
- Prepare and present new hire offer letters promptly
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Support recruiting events, advertising, and social media campaigns
- Provide rotating weekend coverage as needed
