Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional, global teams in delivering high-impact technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow, and a proven ability to drive execution through structured planning and exceptional communication.
Day to day:
• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Drive and lead Scrum calls, Sprint Planning sessions, and Risk/Issue review meetings to ensure alignment and accountability across teams.
• Manage project delivery using Azure DevOps, ensuring backlog grooming, sprint tracking, and reporting are up to date.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project plans to track milestones and dependencies.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident, change, and request management as part of project workflows.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and ensure timely resolution to keep projects on track.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams.
Must Haves:
• 5–7 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.
• Experience with ServiceNow for ITSM or project-related workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage global teams across time zones and cultures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Plusses:
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• PMP or other project management certifications.
• Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
• Experience in cloud transformation or enterprise IT environments.
• Cybersecurity industry and Vulnerability Management experience preferred.
