About the Role
We’re hiring a full-cycle Account Executive to win new logos in the SMB and mid-market. You’ll generate and progress your own pipeline, run expert discovery, deliver tailored demos, negotiate, and close. What You’ll Do
- Own the entire sales cycle from targeted outbound to signed contract—prospect, discover, demo, scope, negotiate, and close.
- Self-source pipeline through personalized outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events); convert inbound and other leads efficiently.
- Run crisp discovery to quantify pain, map stakeholders, and build business cases that drive urgency.
- Deliver tailored demos and drive technical alignment (with support as needed) to de-risk evaluations.
- Create and manage multi-threaded deals across Legal, Ops, Finance, and Procurement; navigate redlines and security reviews.
- Forecast with discipline—maintain pipeline hygiene, stage accuracy, and next-step clarity in the CRM.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and CS to remove roadblocks and accelerate deals.
- Travel occasionally for key meetings or events; flex hours at times to support prospects in other time zones.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven closing experience in B2B SaaS (SMB/MM): 2–5+ years as a quota-carrying AE owning full cycle. (Closing experience is required.)
- Consistent attainment: history of meeting/exceeding new-logo and ARR/ACV targets.
- Outbound engine: you can build lists, personalize outreach, and book your own meetings—then carry them through to closed-won.
- Process excellence: strong discovery, mutual action plans, multi-threading, and negotiation; familiar with frameworks like MEDDICC, SPICED, Challenger, or others.
- Commercial storytelling: turn problems into quantified outcomes; strong writing, call, and demo skills (virtual and in-person).
- Operational rigor: expert CRM hygiene (HubSpot or Salesforce), precise forecasting, and clean deal documentation.
- Tech aptitude & curiosity: comfortable with new tools and AI products; able to translate technical capabilities into business value.
Nice To Have
- Experience selling to Legal, Procurement, Finance, or Operations teams.
- Background in legaltech/CLM/contract workflows or adjacent software.
- RFP/RFI experience: able to coordinate inputs and drive timely, high-quality submissions.
