What You’ll Do
- Own and drive new business sales in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Identify, engage, and close net-new opportunities in your assigned territory
- Run strategic sales campaigns focused on solving customer pain points
- Act as a trusted advisor, mastering Bindplane’s cutting-edge observability solutions to drive business outcomes
- Manage multiple sales cycles with 10-20 active opportunities per quarter while navigating long-term strategic deals
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel Partners to expand pipeline opportunities
- Leverage partnerships and personal networks to generate leads and grow revenue
- Attend key industry events, trade shows, and on-site meetings to build brand presence and customer relationships
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in observability, monitoring, or data management (required)
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth in mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Strong understanding of complex technical sales cycles and the ability to communicate value at both technical and executive levels
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and driving urgency in sales cycles
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales automation, and pipeline management
