Position Overview
Vista Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff, you’ll help create a welcoming environment while supporting the administrative operations of our facility.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors warmly as they arrive and depart.
- Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system, taking accurate messages as needed.
- Monitor and track individuals entering and leaving the facility.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries with accuracy and care.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
